Pre-Event
- The Forum will begin with an opening reception on 19 June Morning, followed by Forum proceedings on 19th and 20th June. Participants are requested to plan travel accordingly.
- Please apply for a conference-type visa. Download the clearance letters below to include in your application:
- Once your travel arrangements and visa have been finalized, please update the programming team.
During The Event
Accommodation: Participants are encouraged to stay at Taj Mahal Hotel, Mansingh Road, New Delhi. To make a reservation, send an email with the following details:
- Subject: Reservations for 9th India-US Forum
- To: shanti.blumm@ihcltata.com
- CC: charu.jishnu@anantacentre.in, richa.kumaria@anantacentre.in, shaumik.roy@anantacentre.in
- Include: Check-in date, check-out date, airport transfer requirement (yes/no), and flight details
Airport Transfers: Inform the hotel at the time of reservation. The hotel will guide you on payment directly.
Attendance: As this is a small, select gathering, participants are requested to attend the entire duration of the Forum. Hall names and locations will be noted in the agenda.
Badge Collection
- The forum is by invitation only
- Access to Forum sessions is permitted for badge holders only.
- Participants already in the city are requested to collect badges on 18th June between 14:00–16:00 hrs from the Ananta Centre office.
- If a staff member will collect your badge, email lt.thomas@anantacentre.in by 17th June.
WEATHER ADVISORY: The Forum will be held indoors. New Delhi temperatures in June: Min 28°C / Max 44°C.
