Pre-Event
- The Forum will begin with an opening reception on 21 April evening which will be graced by Dr. S Jaishankar as Chief Guest. This will be followed by Forum proceedings on 22 and 23 April. Participants are requested to plan travel accordingly.
- Please apply for a conference-type visa. Download the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs clearance letters from the given hyperlinks to include in your application:
- Once your travel arrangements and visa have been finalized, please update the programming team.
During the Event

Accommodation Recommendation: Participants are encouraged to stay at The Imperial, New Delhi. To make a reservation:
- a. Write to them with the subject: Reservations for 8th India-US Forum
- b. To: pthapa@theimperialindia.com
- c. CC: charu.jishnu@anantacentre.in, richa.kumaria@anantacentre.in, vaagishaaren@anantacentre.in
- d. Provide:
- i. Check-in date
- ii. Check-out date
- iii. Mention if you need airport pick and drop
- iv. Flight details
- For airport transfer, inform the hotel at the time of reservation. The hotel will guide you on the payment process directly
- Since this is a small, select gathering, participants are requested to attend entire duration of the Forum.
- Hall names and locations within the venue will be mentioned in the agenda.
Registration
Badge Collection
- Access to Forum sessions is only permitted for badge holders. The registration desk will be open on 21st April at the ground floor of The Imperial Hotel from 12:00 pm onwards.
- To make the process smoother, participants already in the city are requested to pick up their badges on 16th April between 14:00 - 16:00 hrs from the Ananta Centre office.
- If a staff member will collect the badge on your behalf, please email lt.thomas@anantacentre.in by 15th April.
Weather Advisory
The Forum will be held indoors. Temperatures in New Delhi in April are expected to be minimum 21 degree Celsius and maximum 37.6 degree Celsius.
